; Provide software support for Java and Windows based applications
提供对基于Java和Windows的应用程序的软件支持
Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer reported software issues
分析，诊断并解决客户报告的软件问题
Create UNIX and Windows scripts for monitoring and automation
编写UNIX和Windows脚本，用于监控及自动化
Create ad hoc and customized reports according to user requirements
根据客户需求制作生成相关定制报表
; Install, configure, and deploy software releases
安装，配置及部署相关软件发布版本
Provide technical assistance for system maintenance and upgrade

; Document issues and resolutions in the Issue Tracking System
